What brands of feminine hygiene products are available?

Currently we offer the following brands: Tampax, Always, Kotex, and Playtex. Don’t see your preferred brand? Let us know what brand you would like to see in your tombox - info@tomboxes.com.

What brands of makeup come in the boxes?

Each month the brands change in our boxes to offer you new and exciting items to try.  Some of the brands that have been in previous boxes include Cargo, Cailyn, Nugg, Coolway, Phillip B, L’Oréal, Revlon and more.

What is tomboxes?

Tomboxes is a premium time of the month box.  Delivering your essential feminine hygiene supplies, chocolate and 3-4 beauty items and 1 piece of jewelry monthly

What type of candy do you put in the boxes?

We add all kinds of candy but stick to mostly Chocolate – YUM! You might see Milky Ways, Almond Joys, Snickers and Hershey Kisses. In the summer months we don’t want you to get a sticky melted mess in your tomboxes so we switch it up and you will see Blow Pops, Jolly Ranchers and Starbursts to fill your sweet fix or an added beauty item.

Can I get a refund on my tombox?

We do not offer refunds for tomboxes. If your tombox or product(s) are damaged or missing, please contact our Customer Care team for assistance and we will replace your damaged items with either the same or a similar item based on availability.

Do you ship internationally?

Sorry, currently tomboxes only ships within the US. 

Where does tomboxes ship?

Tomboxes ships to any US address, including PO boxes.

Where is my tracking email?

We email tracking codes when your box renews customized to your monthly cycle.  If you’ve never received a tracking email, please be sure to check your Spam folders and mark tomboxes as a safe sender.  You may also log in to your members area of tomboxes.com and track your package.

Am I able to gift a tombox?

Yes! Just fill in the giftee’s information and we will send them their tombox We suggest purchasing them the 6month subscription so they can take over their tombox account after that time period.

Can I purchase only one time?

Yes we offer a Single Month box for $24.

How do I add Razor Blades to my current subscription?

Please log into your tomboxes member account at http://tomboxes.com/login. Please click on Update Subscription, then Change Subscription and then choose the Razor blade tombox you would like from the dropdown menu.

How do I update my subscription to a Double the Makeup Box?

Please log into your tomboxes member account at http://tomboxes.com/login. Once on the home page, click on Update Subscription, then Change Subscription and select in the drop down menu, the Double the Makeup Box you would like.

What are the different types of tomboxes?

We offer our standard tombox for $16 a month which comes with your choice of feminine hygiene product, a sweet treat, 3 beauty items and 1 jewelry item.  We offer options to add to your subscription.  You can double the makeup and jewelry for only $6 more and receive 6 beauty items and 2 jewelry items.  We also offer the option to add a 4pack of Venus razor blades for only $12.

For those who don’t need their hygiene supplies we offer a no-flow box.  Our no-flow boxes come with all the same items as our tomboxes minus the hygiene product.

What if I do not want Tampons or Pads?

No problem! Simply just sign up for our No Flow Box where you can receive makeup, jewelry and a yummy treat each month.

How do I cancel?

Please log into your tomboxes member account at tomboxes.com/login and clicking on Update Subscription, then Cancel Subscription, and then click Cancel.

How do I update my profile?

You can update your profile information by logging in to your account at www.tomboxes.com/login and clicking on Update Profile and filling in the updated information.

I’m having trouble logging in.

Your user name is the email you used when subscribing to our service.  Please use the forgot password link to reset your password using the email you signed up with.

Can I buy items from previous boxes?

Yes! That is why we made the tombox store. Not all items will be available as several items do sell out each month but check our store for your favorite past products!

Is this account the same as my subscription account?

No you must create a new log in for the store.  Your store account is separate from the tombox account but you can use the same email address as you do for your tombox subscription account.

What is your return policy for the store?

You can return unopened items back to us within 15 days of receipt.
